Features:

The Connect 3D card is based directly on the ATI reference card shown here.  I am not sure why they chose to go with such an anemic cooling system. Most X700 manufacturers have a full cooling solution with both the processor and memory covered by the fan or individual heat sinks. Most of the operating heat is generated by the processor and memory follows close behind.

The lack of a stronger cooling solution became a factor during attempts to overclock this X700.  After repeated attempts to push the X700, nothing over a 10Mhz change would benchmark consistently stable.  The difference is so nominal I would recommend not overclocking this card without another cooling solution.

Connect 3D has provided a pretty basic bundle.  You get the card, drivers, DVI adaptor, manual, S-Video adaptor, registration and a handy quick start guide.  No extra software to drive the price up here.  The drivers disk contained the Catalyst driver version 4.1 dated 10/12/2004.
