The X1300Pro utilizes the RV515 core.  This core chugs along at 600MHz, has 128-bit memory bus, 2 Vertex shaders and 4 pixel pipelines.  While this may not mean anything to some of you, it's a lot less than the much more expensive cards.  Let's compare that to the X1300's big brothers.

Video Card X1300Pro (RV515) X1600XT (RV530) X1900XT (RV580)
Memory Bus 128-bit 128-bit 256-bit
Vertex Shaders 2 5 8
Pixel Shaders 4 12 48
Pixel Pipelines 8 12 16

Just remember as the specs increase so does the performance and the price.

The memory used on the Connect3D X1300 Pro is Infineon DDR2 BGA chips spec'd to 400MHz.  The memory is running at its rated speed of 400MHz so don't expect much if any overclocking from the memory.  This version of the X1300Pro sports 512MB of memory.  Putting such a large amount of memory on a budget card is a bit confusing.  We'll see if the extra memory helps the benchmarks.
