A closer
look

The heatpipe does a good
job of keeping the 7600GT cool. During gaming and even
overclocking the 7600GT never got higher than 54C and idled right around
41C.

The 7600GT is a 90nm GPU
that runs at 560MHz and has 12 pipelines. It only has 128-bit
memory interface compared to 256-bit on the 7900 series, but we
shouldn't see too big of a hit with that.

The memory that is used is
Hynix. If you want to know what all of the numbers in the part
number mean you can use this
memory decoder.
The main numbers that I'm concerned with are the -14 at the end.
That signifies the speed of the memory and the 14 means 700MHz.
That is what the memory comes clocked to so overclocking headroom will
be at a minimum.
