Upon first opening the box, you are
greeted with the full color manual, as well as a warning regarding the
pump.

Underneath the manual is the pump
unit. It is very attractively packaged, and all the parts are in labeled
bags.

There are quite a few parts once
you lay them all out. Here, you can see the pump, the Thermal Control
Module, the full color manual, the 120mm to 90mm converter plate, as
well as several brackets for different sockets.

Here is a close up of the Thermal
Control Module (TCM). On the left side is a Molex connector, on the
right are the two pump connections. On top are three fan headers, one of
which gets used by the Freezone. At bottom-center, is the potentiometer
that controls whether you want more performance or less noise.

A good look at what lies behind the
decorative plate. Here we can see the water pump, block, and lines.

And finally, a close up shot of the
unit installed. The main unit is is held in place by only the four
screws used in the case's rear fan port.
