Crucial System Scanner

The main volume control module is inline on the cord about 24 inches (60cm) away from the headset. You can adjust all volume levels at once by manipulating the two way rocker switch (top left in the photo). You can also tweak each channel independently by first hitting the button of the channel you wish to adjust, then flick the volume rocker switch.

Each buttons is color coded to correspond to volume levels. They go from Green (minimum)  through blue (medium) to red. (Insert Crysis Bio-suit voice here) -- maximum volume.

The volume module also serves as the microphone control and connection point. There is a microphone mute switch and a separate slider for voice "microphone" volume. This volume slider works great with the XBOX 360.

The microphone on the AX Pro headset connects to the XBOX 360 controller by way of a 1/8" male-to-male extension cord. The PC uses wires already in the main DIN connector but the PS 3 will use a USB cable.
