More power is always better, right?  Not always.  The quality of your power is very important.  I would much rather have a good quality, Enermax 350w power supply than a generic 450w any day.  Good clean power means a better running computer.  With a good quality power supply you get a more consistent flow of power with much less fluctuation.

Enermax has been in the power supply business for a while now and it shows.  Not only do they have the reputation of making high quality power supplies, but they have the package down to a science.

Everything you could possibly want with a power supply is provided.  Enermax provides the power cord, a 3-pin to 4-pin molex adapter, a small bag of screws, an owners manual and a case badge.

The major component that sets Enermax apart from the rest is the extremely long cables.  You can put this power supply in almost any case and have plenty of length to reach all of your components.  The power cables on the EG465P-VE are a full 30 inches long.

The power cables are copper shielded for that extra protection.  It definitely looks good.

Another new feature from enermax is all of the power cables are copper shielded, not just the ATX power connector.

This picture was taken from enermax.  You can see the main power connector on it's own shielded cable and the three other power cables bundled together.  As the copper shielding does protect the cables it also makes them very stiff.
