Here are a couple of screens that you are going to want to disable most of the options to get the most out of your overclock.  Lastly, don't forget to keep an eye on your computers vitals while you're overclocking.  The Power tab let's you keep an eye on just about everything.

The Nvidia RAID controller is setup in the BIOS.  I like this so much better than going into a second BIOS just for the RAID.  Once you enable RAID, the drives you select for your array will no longer show up in the Main tab, so don't freak out.

Under the Advanced tab you will find options for the cooler things on the board.  The Republic of Gamers logo on the northbridge can be turned on and off here.  The LCD poster can be turned off, although I'm not sure why you would want to.  You can also turn off the backlight.  The backlight that the BIOS is referring to applies only after the computer has booted.  During bootup it will still be lit for easy viewing.  You can also create your own custom string here for the LCD poster.  All of your Voltiminder LED's can be controlled from here too.  The Voltiminder LEDs are a series of strategically placed LEDs placed on the motherboard.  These LED's are Green, Yellow or Red depending on the level of voltage you're pumping through the component it's monitoring.
