SiSoft Sandra Pro Business version. ClubOC has been
using SiSoft Sandra for many years now and it's pretty much the
main benchmarking program we use for testing memory. |

Anything above 1200MHz I had to
loosed the timings up so much that the performance was lower, 1200MHz is
the speed I decided was the max overclock, based on performance.

Everest tests the memory in a bunch of different
ways. That's one of the reasons I like to use it. Overall,
the memory performed very well.
Conclusion
The Corsair Dominator series produces
some of the fastest memory in the market. The XMS2-9136 is no
exception. Pair that with the Dominator Airflow fan and you have
one potent combination. The XMS2-9136 is definitely the fastest
memory we have ever tested here at ClubOC. This is the first time
we've broken 8000MB/s in SiSoft Sandra. It's good to see companies
pushing their products to the limit. Having the newest and fastest
doesn't come cheaply though. To get this 2GB kit, you're going to
have to shell out $439. Don't forget that this kit is only
guaranteed to run this fast and with these timings on a 680i based
motherboard. But if you have a 680i motherboard, it's easy for me
to recommend the XMS2-9136 along with the Dominator Airflow fans.
