The
above picture clearly illustrates the keyboards style: simplicity! The
shape and size of the keyboard is not inflated which reduces the footprint
required on your desktop or keyboard drawer. An essential feature are
the flip-up stands, concealed on the backside of the keyboard, that give
the top a slight tilt upwards. Unfortunately, there is only one height
adjustment so it's either tilted up or it's not.

In
addition to the function keys being left in their proper group of fours,
the Word Processing keys (Insert/Home/Delete/etc...) have been left in
their proper position and size as well. The only extra buttons that you
will find on the Gamers Keyboard are those on the top right above the
number pad. Starting from left to right we have a Volume Down, Volume
Up, Volume Mute and Backlight Brightness adjustment.

The
entire keyboard is given a blue backlight which perfectly accents the
attitude of the Gamers Keyboard. The brightness button cycles the
backlighting between full, dim, and completely off. Note that only the
space between the individual keys is lighted and not the character on
the key itself. While this may be a major bummer to those "hunt and
peck" aspiring typists, those of us that know what the home-key notches
are used for will find have no problems at all.
