Testing

When I first saw this keyboard on the net, I thought it would be a "cheap" and uncomfortable keyboard with LCDs in the keys or one big light under the keys with uneven lighting. Once I had this bad boy in my possession, I quickly realized that this is a very high quality keyboard that is incredibly easy to type on. The key lighting is evenly spread to all keys, even the outside edges are evenly lit. This makes typing on this keyboard a pleasure in a low light room or even in total darkness. This is just something that is next to impossible to do with an ordinary keyboard.

Conclusion

Although I've grown accustom to large and bulky keyboards, I've fallen in love with the eluminx. Well, that was until my wife stole it from me when I was out of the office...    Now all my wife can say is "I love this keyboard!!!". She says it fits her hands much better than her last MS Keyboard did and the low profile and small footprint looks and fits much better on her desk. She also agrees with me that the eluminx is far easier to type on, especially when speed typing as the keys are more responsive to the touch. Okay, so I'm out of one very nice keyboard, but at least my wife is happy! I guess I should have got her the eluminx keyboard for Christmas instead of those gold earrings!

A problem people might find with this keyboard is that is has no adjustment stands on the back to angle the keyboard. Another problem is the price. Coming in just under the $100 mark, this keyboard is one of the more expensive choices on the market.
