Testing
For our tests we are using
the latest setup consisting of the following:

In this test the
Hitachi seems a bit behind the raptor at this point but it is a large
drive. It also spins a bit slower than the Raptor's 10k RPM. Nonetheless
it is a very fast drive considering its handicap vs. the Raptor
PC Mark 2004

The
Hitachi does very well with larger files in ATTO which IMO is a more
accurate representation of a synthetic hard drive benchmark.
