Testing Methodology
For comparison of the 965, we are going to leverage the results from
previous reviews in order to make a nice list to compare against.
The 965 specs are listed on the previous page, while the specs from

In the case of the x3360, we clocked it down to
7x333 to run it at 2.33GHz in an attempt to best emulate the closest
cost competitor to the X4 810. The Q8200 has significantly
less cache (4MB vs. 12MB) than the x3360, however, so it is
important to realize that the "emulated" testing of the x3360
represents the best possible scenario for the Q8200.
Because the 965 clocked the same as the 955, I
would expect both of their overclocked results to be about the same.
Of course, we will test it anyway to be sure. Now, let's get on with the results, shall we?
