Installation Continued

Once the problem was discovered and fixed installation of the rods were easy.  Now it's time to temp install the heatsink.

I temp installed the heatsink to see exactly where the chipset core would be.  Now I can install the included pad and rest assured that I won't crush the core while tightening the heatsink.  This step was omitted from the directions, but make sure you get that pad on.

Because of the layout of my clips, I had to adjust the clips on the heatsink.  I would have fit the way it was, but it would have caused the heatsink to be at an angle and I wanted the heatsink square on the chipset.
