The front door of
the case is solid aluminum with a large screened vent in the center.
There is an access hole cut in the top of the door so you can use the
front media ports while the door is closed. You can still open and close
the door with USB cords and headphone plugged in, but you still have to
fumble with the cords to open or close the door due to the location of
the media ports.

As you'll notice
from the photo of the rear of the case, the motherboard mounts in the
left side of the case which puts the motherboard upside-down. AeroCool
has also placed the power supply mount in the very bottom of the case.
There is a large vent in the rear of the case with room for a 120mm
cooling fan, but it's not included.

Under the front
door you'll find nine 5.25" drive bays. Pretty impressive, but
unfortunately you can't use all of them and still have the internal
cooling fan installed and you'll see below.

Directly behind the
face plats for the drive bays is a 120mm blue LED cooling fan. Now don't
panic, the cooling fan can be moved or completely removed to make room
for more drives.

AeroCool has done a
great job of keeping the inside of this case clean and organized. With
with the power supply in the bottom, power cables and cords will be
easier to hide. You can also see that there are 2 hard drive bays just
above the power supply mount. A few years ago I would have complained
about having only 2 hard drive bays, but with hard drives as large as
750gb, there really is need for more unless you are running multiple
hard drives in RAID.

The above photo is
of the bottom rear of the case where the power supply is mounted.
AeroCool has installed a vent here to help keep the power supply cool.
